Green Chutney – Coriander and Mint

Yields4 Servings

 1 cup Coriander
 ¼ cup Mint
 ½ Small onion
 ½ Inch ginger
 1 Green chilli
 ¼ Lemon juiced
 Salt to taste
 2 tbsp water

Blend all the ingredients together in a small chutney grinder just until you get a smooth paste, taste and adjust the season with salt and lemon juice.
