Vegetarian Quesadillas Recipe

 4 Tortilla Wraps
 1 cup Mixed Grated Cheddar & Mozzarella
 1 Red Chilli Sliced
 ½ Romano Red Pepper sliced
 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander
 1 Spring Onion Sliced
 1 tbsp Jalapenos in brine
 50 g Boiled Black Beans
 Oil to cook

Lightly grease a pan with olive oil, warm up then place 1 tortilla, immediately spread the filling on it, then cover with another tortilla.


Cook until it golden and crispy on one side then flip and cook the other side until golden, you can drizzle very little oil around the edges, to grease and make it crispy. Putting too much oil will rather make it soggy adjust the flame if required.
